WARRANT PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT

If you have an outstanding Failure to Appear warrant for a previous traffic violation, you will be able to pay your original ticket plus $20 fee (per warrant). We will recall your Failure to Appear warrant. This will save you $220 per warrant, and you will not have to be booked in.

EXAMPLE - You received a speeding ticket for $156 and you didn't come to court or pay for your ticket. You now owe $156 + $220 warrant + $20 processing fee that totals $396. From January 1, 2024, to January 31, 2024, we will recall the Failure to Appear warrant and you will only owe $156 ticket + $20 processing fee, totaling $176.
