This week's topic is records and records requests. The sheriff's office holds several different kinds of records, such as: arrest records, accident records, civil process, and warrant records. Most records are available by request in person or by email. You must know the name, date of birth, and the approximate date of the record you are requesting. The cost of each record depends on the number of records that are being requested. Misdemeanor records are held at the district court clerk. Their office is at 517 N. Jackson, Magnolia, AR 71753.
