This week's topic is how to pay your ticket or fine online, without coming to the sheriff's office. The sheriff's office uses My Fine Payment Portal for misdemeanor (district court) fines/tickets and Arkansas Sheriff Payment Portal for felony (circuit court) fines. Magnolia Police Department also uses My Fine Payment Portal for their misdemeanor fines/tickets. This information is also available on our website.

The way to pay your misdemeanor ticket/fine online or over the phone with a debit or credit card, visit or call (877) 591-8768. There is a fee for paying with a debit or credit card. The fee using the website is 5%, and the fee using the call center is 9%. You only need two or three things to pay, depending on your citation/fine: your name, date of birth, and/or your citation number. My Fine Payment accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. They are unable to accept payments on citations that require a mandatory court appearance.

In order to pay felony (circuit court) fines online through an affiliate website, go to . The fee is 4% plus $1.

To pay your ticket or fine in person, please bring a money order for the exact amount to the Columbia County Sheriff's Office, 82 Columbia Rd 300, Magnolia, Arkansas. NO CASH ACCEPTED. The Business Office is open from 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Monday through Thursday and 8:00 AM-3:30 PM on Friday.
