After several days on the run, Harlen Parker has been apprehended by Columbia County Sheriff's Office, with the assistance of Magnolia Police Department and Arkansas State Police. Parker was apprehended at approximately 9:10 A.M. on today's date in the Walmart parking lot in Magnolia. As expected, there was heavy police presence in the area before, during, and after the arrest. Harlen is being held at Columbia County Detention Facility for charges related to an incident that occurred this morning in Columbia County, as well as the previous incidents in Union County and El Dorado, Arkansas.
