On August 1, 2016, Investigators with the Arkansas State Police, Columbia County Sheriff’s Office, and the Magnolia Police Department executed search warrants at 1022 W. Calhoun and 101 Taylor Road. Investigators seized several firearms, large quantity of marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.   Arrested were the following individuals and their charges:
Rakeem Parker, 27 of Magnolia   
Possession of Marijuana with the purpose to deliver
Possession of drug paraphernalia
Maintaining a drug premises
Bond set at $50,000


Rebeca Willis, 19 of Magnolia 
Possession of Marijuana with the purpose to deliver
Simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms
Bond set at $50,000


Kenneth Messer, Jr., 30 of Magnolia  
3 counts delivery of a controlled substance (Marijuana)
Possession of Marijuana with the purpose to deliver
Simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms
Bond set at $375,000
