Unpaid Fines or Restitution "Most Wanted"

The Columbia County Sheriff's Office is planning to release the names of three people who owe unpaid fines or restitution every Friday. This Friday's three are Terry Bonner, Reginald Bradley, and Freddie D. Brooks.
Terry Bonner is a 42 year-old white male from Taylor, Arkansas. Terry owes $8,308.98 in restitution for a theft of property, aggravated robbery, and residential burglary case from 2007.
Reginald Bradley, a 40 year-old black male from Magnolia, Arkansas, owes $2,698.05 for a 2003 case where Reginald knowingly issued a worthless check. Reginald also owes $64,061.98 in restitution for a 1999 residential burglary case.
Freddie Brooks is a 46 year-old black male from McNeil who owes $86,746.77 in restitution for a murder in the second degree case from 1997. Freddie also owes for a DWI case convicted in District Court from 2012.
