At 12:59 AM on today’s date, Deputies were dispatched to a location near the Oak Street intersection of the Union Pacific Railroad In McNeil. Deputies received information that an individual had been struck by a train at that location. The individual was later identified as Reginald Renaldo Harper of Magnolia. The body was sent to the Arkansas Crime Lab to gather further information. The investigation is ongoing.
