Don't Forget about Blossom Festival

Blossom Festival is this weekend! This is the 65th annual art show as well as the 26th steak cookoff. The Magnolia Chamber of Commerce recently found out that the Blossom Festival has been selected as one of the Top 10 Events in Arkansas! That's something to be proud of. We've seen people who work for the city pressure washing side walks and making sure everything looks great for this weekend. There are always so many activities that are associated with the Blossom Festival, like participating in the Treasure Hunt (which began this morning!), a play at the Union Street Station on Thursday at 7:00 PM, and many things happening on Saturday that I didn't mention before. If you have noticed the large bus on the square near Habanero's, it is a mobile art gallery. It will be here until the 15th. On Saturday, there will be a car show, canine fun show, fishing tournament, the art show, and even a magician's show. When you come, be sure to recycle what you can while you're at the Blossom Festival. There are always recycling cans near the trash cans.

More information is available on the Blossom Festival's website, even an event location map, www.blossomfestival.org.
