A man representing himself as "Shawn Garner" or "Steven Harris" is calling citizens of Columbia County, acting as a representative of Columbia County Sheriff's Office, calling from 870-206-2328. This man does not work for our agency, nor have we ever heard of him. Our main phone number is 870-234-5331 and others can vary, but the base number is 870-235-37**. We do not contact you via phone unless other service options have been unsuccessful, and even then, we ask you to come to the office. While Sherry Bell is an elected official, she is not involved in fines or fine collecting with the Columbia County Sheriff's Office. Please be aware this is a scam call.
