08/15/2013

Since there was no “Most Wanted” for Unpaid Fines and Restitution the week of August 9, Columbia County Sheriff’s Office is releasing six names this week. This week’s individuals who are behind on their fine/restitution payments are David Felland, Denver Flowers, and Michael Wayne Fuller, as well as Joseph Gatlin, Gary George, and Robert T. Greene.

David Felland is a 51 year-old male from Indianapolis, Indiana, who owes a $2,315.00 fine for a DWI he received in 2007.

Denver Flowers is a 46 year-old male from McNeil, Arkansas, and owes a combined total of $8,883.08 for numerous cases, including two from 1993 and 1996, both for Residential Burglary, and two from 2010, one for Obstructing Governmental Operations and one for Public Intoxication.

Michael W. Fuller is a 43 year-old male from Magnolia, Arkansas, who was convicted of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Manufacture in 2007. He currently owes $5,280.00 in fines for that charge.

Joseph Gatlin is a 60 year-old male from Camden, Arkansas. He owes $11,184.49 in restitution for a Violation of the Arkansas Hot Check Law case from 1996. His picture is not available for viewing.

Gary George is a 60 year-old male from Melbourne, Arkansas. He owes $7,153.58 for a case from 1993.

Robert T. Greene is a 45 year-old male from Magnolia, Arkansas. He owes $9,060.21 for a Violation of the Arkansas Hot Check Law case from 1993. A picture is not available.

Even though these individuals are listed as “Most Wanted,” that does not necessarily mean they have  a warrant for their arrest.
