Welcome Spring!

As the weather warms up and the flowers begin to bloom, we at the Columbia County Sheriff's Office welcome the arrival of spring!

Spring means warmer weather and fun, outside activities in our community! It's Spring Break this week, and Easter is happening soon. Spring sports will be in full swing starting in April. Check out schedules with the Magnolia Boys and Girls Club, surrounding school districts, and SAU for upcoming games and things to do.

Please remember that safety should always be a top priority, regardless of your plans this spring. With warmer weather and longer daylight hours, many of us will spend more time outside. Whether working in the yard, taking a walk, jogging, or biking, always be aware of your surroundings and take the necessary precautions to protect yourself and those around you.

With more people spending time outside, it's important to be mindful of children playing near roads in our community. Please slow down and take extra caution when driving through residential neighborhoods.

As always, the Columbia County Sheriff's Office remains committed to serving and protecting our community. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us. We appreciate your dedication to keeping our community a safe place to live!
